Italy, Greece, and / or Spain?

I have 2 weeks, and I want to go to these 3 countries, but I have to limit your search to only 2 ... which 2!? I'm 28 and just want to experience the culture of each country, they are not worried of the city / nightlife or shopping. Hopes experience The outdoor adventure, along with the culture. Perhaps the hiking, biking, rafting, Scuba Diving, caving .... So you can sort in your opinion? :)

I've been in Greece and Italy and I'm from Spain, so I really loved Italy with all the art! was so great, and if you want adventure, it also has in Italy. You can do a lot of different things to learn windsurfing parachuting!
