inflatable kayak for fishing inshore sea?

I experimented with a Sevylor Tahiti, and concluded that despite initial concerns about punctures, Inflatable kayaks are boats fishing practice. Now I'm looking to spend a little more money and get something a little more hardcore. I'm looking for something that is good and stiff and continues well but can handle a flood of light. I have examined the SVX200DS Sevylor or maybe a Sea Eagle Paddleski. Anybody any idea of other brands of inflatable kayak would good for fishing in coastal estuaries or inshore waters.

since you are viewing inflatable kayaks, do you have a storage or transport of concern? Another suggestion is to look at folding kayaks. take a look at the kayaks Folbot, that fold in a couple of bags handy, take about 20 minutes to assemble and once assembled become relatively stable in a Fishing Boat. dealing with large volumes kayaks. You can find more information about them in http://folbot.com uses can be found at Craig's List and Ebay.
