I am thinking of buying some long blade free diving fins, but rather work for breaststroke?
I am thinking of buying some free diving fins (The guy with the leaves very long and flexible) for my wife, but we are concerned that may not work well when using a breaststroke. I would like to make sure that before leaving $ 100 + In a pair.
I am a competitive swimmer, and I personally would not buy if using long fins to fathom. When swimming, my coaches never use fins to kick breaststroke because it causes stress to the knees, not help, especially while swimming breaststroke. There are specific tabs can be used when breaststroke training but it can run expensive. These fins also should not be used to boot any other stroke. Hope this helps!
