French Translation Help?
I can kind of translate, but I need some help. I need this translated: Cousteau was born on June 11, 1910, Saint-André-de-Cubzac, Gironde was a French naval officer, explorer, environmentalist, filmmaker, scientist, photographer, author and researcher who studied the sea and all forms of life in the water. The co-developed the aqua-lung, pioneered marine conservation and was a member of the French Academy is commonly known as Jacques Cousteau or Captain Cousteau. He completed his preparatory studies at the prestigious Collège Stanislas in Paris. In 1930 he entered the Ecole Navale and became an official scorer. In 1930 he joined the French Navy as head of the research group under the water. He later worked his way up the ranks when he became more famous and more useful to the Navy.
